(My Wave) is a non-profit organization that uses surfing as an educational tool and provides at-risk youth with the chance to ‘ride the wave’ and succeed. By facing the unique forces of the sea and overcoming the challenge of surfing, the participants are instilled with the self-confidence and sense of achievement necessary to propel them through equivalent life challenges.
“HaGal Sheli” operates various programs for teenagers between the ages of 13-18 from all walks of Israeli society – Jews, Muslims, and Christians; secular and non-secular; immigrants; and boys and girls alike

Chasdei Naomi

(Naomi’s Grace) – Charity for widows and orphans in Israel
“Chasdei Naomi” foundation is a non-profit that provides food packages for the need in Israel. It all started with a single man, Yosef Cohen, who turned his bus into a mobile charity organization. After work every day, he would go from house to house, collect groceries, organize them into packages, and distribute them to needy families that same evening.
Today, more than 10,000 families are regularly supported by Chasdei Naomi and even more on special occasions.
The ‘Chasdei Naomi’ charity includes more than 20,000 volunteers who work in about 40 distribution points throughout the country. The food packages are given to needy families, orphans, widows, Holocaust survivors, or needy seniors, arriving without the association’s label or identification marks to avoid embarrassment and maintain the dignity of the beneficiaries.

No2Violance Against Women

“No2Violence” was established to save women and children suffering from domestic violence, enabling them to break away and start a new life by providing them with shelter, professional help, vocational training, legal aid, and raising awareness about domestic violence.
No2Violence‘s main activity is the management and operation of 3 shelters for abused women and their children.
No2Violence hosts lectures, seminars, and workshops, within and outside the shelter for various organizations, such as the IDF, high school students, police officers, medical personnel, women’s groups, students, and others.
Over the years, No2Violence has managed to save the lives of many women and revolutionize domestic violence awareness in Israeli society.
To date, the organization has provided services for approximately 6,000 women and 8,500 children.
